Job Description

The major roles & responsibilities would include the following:-

- Own the development and execution of the Marketing/Sales plan for our family of websites that meets or exceeds ambitious financial targets

- Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention programs/campaigns through PPC, SEO, Email, Affiliate, Display &

- Remarketing, Social, Mobile and other channels to drive key performance metrics.

- Own revenue growth of online marketing programsto achieve sales, cost per acquisition, ROI and total channel contribution goals

- Identify, test and implement new tactics to improve conversion rates and customer loyalty.

- Manage and optimize the design, content, layout and messaging strategies for marketing web sites and associated landing pages.

- To promote brand recognition and promotions

- Generate campaign performance reports and analyze key marketing performance indicators to continually optimize all applicable campaigns.

- Take initiative to identify, prioritize, and implement all elements required for team to fulfill responsibilities in keeping with core strategic goals

- Continuously tracking and monitoring the competition and preparing benchmark on the same.

- To work together with the team and senior management on process improvements, efficiency and profitability.

Desired Skills & Experience

Mandatory:

- In-depth knowledge of online marketing activities and tools

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong analytical skills to drive actions.

- Team management & planning

Preferable:

- Prior experience in offline sales and marketing

- Good understanding of ecommerce technology

- Prior experience in apparel industry (offline /online)

WORK EXPERIENCE:

- More than 5+ years of experience in Marketing & Sales with at least 2 years in online retail

Qualification:

- MBA (Marketing) or any degree with prior experience in similar industry.
