Job Summary:

The person will be responsible for driving online sales across channels and improve adoption of online payments among existing customers.

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Develop and execute marketing programs to drive organic online sales

2. Work with the field sales and servicing teams and create programs that encourages them to drive their customers to use online payment methods available on our website

3. Run re-marketing/re-targeting campaigns to convert users who abandon shopping cart

4. Work with the UI/UX teams to Optimize user work flows and improve the conversion across channels - Web, mobile website and, mobile app

5. Define the software requirements and prioritize the tasks taking the business impact and risks in mind

6. Ensure that various technology related tasks get implemented in timely manner and deliver a secure, reliable and efficient online payment solution

7. Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues and risks that may impact the team's ability to meet goals

8. The role will require ability to work in a highly dynamic work environment with skills in terms of cross-functional team coordination, consensus building among various verticals within the organization and across departments to achieve overall business objectives in a timely & efficient manner

9. Keep pace with the latest developments in countries online payment infrastructure and with the competition

Qualifications:

MBA or equivalent. B.Tech would be a big plus

Experience:

1. Minimum 5-7 year of experience in similar profile

Skill Sets / Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills

2. Analytical - ability to analyze data and come up with meaningful trends and insights

3. Strong problem solving, analytical, Prioritization skills with an eye for detail

4. Proven leadership abilities

5. Customer/user centric approach
