Job Description:

- Responsible for leading the ideation, analysis and optimization of one or more core competencies for Web products portfolio, driving the Product strategy by providing tools and features that contribute to the best possible user experience for our customers.

- Independently drive Web products core competency efforts for the Web products portfolio

- Translate business priorities into actionable, clearly communicated product requirements for the development team.

- Conduct customer research and competitive analysis.

- Support the product launch process, reviews and approves development increments before launching it to the general public.

- Owns, grooms and prioritize the backlog of projects that drives the product growth, providing vision to a dedicated engineering team

- Establish business rules governing new product releases

Work related experience:

- 3+ years experience as a Product Manager for e-commerce / classifieds web sites

- 2+ years business analysis for enterprise level web sites

- In-depth knowledge of design principles and requirements documentation

- Software development life-cycle methodologies

- Proven creative and collaborative experience

Educational Requirements

- B.A. / B.S. business, marketing or engineering
