Online Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

- Implement and manage all PPC campaigns across search engines and social media

- Responsible for keyword research, account/campaign structuring, bid management, and tracking for key performance indicators

- Report on the overall SEM health of our web properties and rolling up SEM reports in meaningful way

- Account analysis report to differentiate performing campaigns from non performing campaign drilled down to keyword level

- Manage relationships with all external vendors (networks, agencies)

- Interact with designers and copywriters to optimize our display ad campaigns

- Analyze clicks and conversion data, cost, and ROI

- Be at the forefront of SEM knowledge (both PPC and SEO) by keeping up to date with industry news and developments

- Play a key role in setting the company's SEO strategy

- Lead all SEO technology development and link development efforts

- Contribute in developing new products and ways of working that improve SEM results

- Develop and execute strategies to grow traffic and performance.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of SEM experience with proven ability as a self-starter

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

- Fluent in the search landscape, including performing competitive analysis, keyword development, tracking tools, bid-management systems and reporting tools

- Experienced in analyzing marketing metrics, quantitative evaluations of marketing efforts, establishing test methodologies, and analyzing results

- Excellent analytical and creative skills

- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills

- Must have strong PowerPoint and Excel analytical skills

- Good multi-tasking and organization skills

- MBA from a reputed institute is a plus
