The Role :&nbsp; Onething is looking to further strengthen its brand, and disseminate it's thought leadership through the industry. The role of a marketing lead will be instrumental in this regard. The profile will be responsible for setting up and growing the vertical from where it is today. The objective is to conceptualize and execute an inbound and outreach strategy through content, website, email marketing and social media to impact business and brand objectives. What you'll be doing: Website &amp; Inbound Lead Generation : - Manage and improve website content, and performance alongside the design and development team - Improving On page SEO to enhance inbound enquiries - Implement off-page SEO through backlinking, community, guest posting, listing on B2B review platforms like Clutch, Manifest etc. B2B marketplaces and other inbound lead channels to improve website traffic - Improve lead generation through optimising CTA strategy on website for better CTR SEM &amp; Outreach: - Demand and lead generation through Account Based Marketing - Ideate and execute drip campaigns, newsletters, email campaigns etc - Strategize, execute and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Adwords, Linkedin, Display Ads etc Content Strategy &amp; Marketing: - Research and build content strategy around blogs, case studies, whitepapers etc. for relevant website traffic and thought leadership - Responsible for taking podcast series further. Own the distribution on various platforms and increase in subscriber base - Ideate, strategize and execute new formats of video based content like video case studies, client testimonials etc - Work alongside PR agencies to get featured on top publications leveraging our thought leadership articles - Case studies, client testimonials and founder bytes/interviews Social Media: - Create a social media strategy that creates a socially active brand positioning for Onething - Ideate, strategise and execute a social calendar for Instagram, Linkedin, twitter and Quora - Stay updated with new forms of content like Reels and other new social media trends - Drive engagement through social community building to create brand equity Job Requirements: What you need to have: - 4+ years of experience in setting up and optimizing paid ads campaigns - Understanding of pixels, funnels and conversion rate optimization - Proficiency in creating, scripting and storyboarding explainer videos, product tours, demo video, success story/testimonial, and engaging videos for social media - Experience in optimizing landing pages - Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) - Understanding of WordPress, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search console, Keyword Planner - Worked on Zoho CRM or other Marketing Automation Tools, MailChimp, basic HTML, CSS, JS - Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns is a plus - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking You'll fit in if you are: - Enthusiastic, motivated and brimming with ideas - Are passionate (with sworn vengeance) about the latest developments in technology - A team player who can communicate and collaborate seamlessly - Always be willing to accept new or extra work to stretch abilities - Actively participate in team working and meetings - Deliver ahead of expectations and take ownership and accountability
