Role: GTM Manager - TV Location: Bangalore, India Description: Responsible for complete ownership of a single or group of products. It requires planning & developing the marketing strategy in terms of value targets, volume, market share, and profitability. Reporting Structure: This role will report to the Business Head - Offline Role & Responsibilities: - Management of the entire product lifecycle involving customizing product specifications based on local needs, launch, ongoing operations and expansion of the product. - Preparation of an annual business plan for the entire range of the Product Category as per the overall strategic direction of the management. - Responsible for quantities, value and gross margin targets for the product category Product Life Cycle Management includes determining local product positioning & messaging, consumer demand forecasting, competitor tracking, developing channel strategy and managing channel conflicts, product marketing, market sensing & action for sell-out management. - Data: Structuring, analysis & sales planning. - Execution: Process gaps & improvement, establish required SOPs - Sales planning : Top / Bottom performing products, High/ low performing regions & partners /channels . - Product launch: Plan & implement successful launches - Market & competitor analysis: Analysis of market & competitors to know the pulse of the market. - Affordability & offers: Competition offer analysis & strategize counter offers - Team management: Managing team to deliver maximum output along with development planning of sub-ordinates. Expectations from the Candidate: - Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree - 15+ of work experience in the Consumer Durable Industry. Preferably from the TV business. - Experience developing product-specific sales plans, competitors analysis, Affordability & offers. - Proven account/channel management and leadership with effective results
