OnePlus - Deputy General Manager - eCommerce & Retail

Job Summary: As the Deputy General Manager at OnePlus India, you will play a crucial role in independently managing and expanding the E-Commerce (EC) and Retail channels. You will be responsible for driving innovative projects and initiatives, collaborating with various teams, and leading sub-functions within the Retail domain. Your strategic vision and hands-on experience will contribute to the growth and success of OnePlus in the Indian market.

Job Responsibilities

- To independently manage EC and retail channel

- To expand scope of EC to include various new channels such as Direct to Business/Retail(D2B/R), Employee Purchase Program (EPP), Student Purchase Program (SPP), Business to Business (B2B / Corporate) and ONDC-like projects etc.

- To lead various sub-functions of Retail such as Sales, Channel, RQE, Training, New Store Opening and Visual Merchandising etc.

- Being the key PoC with respective EC & Retail HQ teams to coordinate planning and implementations of expansion

- Be the team leader and guide the team to successful execution of monthly, quarterly and yearly plans.

Job Requirement :

- A min. of 10-12 years of work experience of independent management EC/Brand tech platform and Retail channel

- Hands-on experience in managing large and complex technology-led channel expansion projects

- Knowledge of Indian offline channel partners ecosystem

- Understanding of consumer affordability programs, loyalty programs and their implementations

- Practical implementations of Omni channel strategy, knowledge of software systems that enable Omni channel

- Knowledge of distributions in retail/offline channel

- Experience of large and multi-functional team management
