Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Digital Marketing Content

- Review and edit Digital Marketing content

- Locate and identify relevant online trends

- Organize, plan, and create content for the OnePlus India blog

- Moderate user-generated content following the moderation policies set for that specific community.

- Monitor forums and social media channels with an aim to conciliate and serve the customers- concerns and inquiries

- Collaborate with other departments to manage brand reputation

Requirements:

- 1 year experience in social media, journalism, or related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related discipline.

- Strong technical knowledge of smartphone products, especially Android OS and related ROMs.

- Ability to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Good grasp of various social media platforms

- Excellent writing and communication skills.

- An eye for detail, drive to take initiative, desire to help people and make them smile

- Thrive in an environment of change, complexity, and fun.

- Fluent to native proficiency in spoken and written English is a must, other language skills are a plus.
