For our India business we are looking to hire a great talent with good product, sales and banking knowledge. You will have an opportunity to work on some of the best Fintech technologies in banking, lending, insurance based on Smart Cognition, AI/ML & Blockchain. This is a direct customer facing role with C-suite engagement and opportunity to work with some of the top industry leaders.

Role and Responsibilities

- Act with exceptional customer focus in mind to generate enthusiasm of our Smart Cognition, AI+Big Data (i.e. Risk Control), Blockchain and Cloud based FinTech solutions in Financial Service industry to fill sales pipeline, accelerate sales cycle and secure deal closure

- Serve as an interface between the customer and OneConnect's Delivery and Product teams, positioning business requirements, scope and guiding extended teams on the development of optimal solutions to improve customers- business

- Own and drive business aspects of opportunities from lead generation to deployment and services adoption by driving business presentations, demonstrations, workshops, proof of concepts and pilots with extended teams

- Be a thought leader that drives broad influence on specific domains, by participating in blogs, whitepapers, events, and articles in order to drive impact on internal or industry communities

- Actively participate to drive insight and provide feedback to technical, marketing, and product engineering teams on current and future product direction, requirements, or market trends, which can include customer, partner and competitive impact

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years- experience with a Bachelor or Master degree in Technology/Finance

- Relevant technical background to understand concepts on - AI and Big Data, Biometrics solutions, Risk Management, Blockchain etc.

- Relevant sales background in technical sales, management consulting, banking or Fintech organization

- Pan India experience with good connections with business leaders in BFSI & other sectors

- Passion to work in a startup environment which is dynamic, fast- paced and requires a lot of self-initiative; Ability to manage ambiguous situations

- Ability to manage C-Suite relationships and strong articulation via presentations. Comfortable to interact with all levels of management

- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills leveraging internal and external resources when needed to drive for results

- Consultative/solutions sales experience with proven track record of business negotiation, initiative coordination, execution and market expansion
