Key Responsibilities:
This position requires you to lead all the marketing efforts at OneAssure. You will be required to work on both the supply and demand funnels for OneAssure to ensure:-
1. Demand lead creation at the lowest CAC's
2. High-quality partner acquisition
You will be the first marketing hire in the leadership team and the second marketing hire in the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Experiment and optimize marketing campaigns across channels to deliver high-quality customer and partner leads.
2. End-to-end marketing strategy planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and its implementation.
3. Build content with high SEO value to drive organic traffic for:-
4. Generating customer leads,
5. Partner engagement and upskilling
6. Create engaging social media posts across multiple platforms to engage with multiple business stakeholders.
7. Lead all the training efforts of OneAssure partners regarding social media marketing to aid them in generating leads.
8. Come up with creative strategies to engage with OneAssure partner network, Social media influencers, and end Customers of OneAssure business partners
9. Be the one-stop owner of all content across all OneAssure web and mobile platforms
10. Make data-driven decisions by monitoring all relevant metrics across different funnels and channels
11. Control the customer acquisition cost and optimise marketing spends
12. Work closely with internal sales teams & product team, and external agencies
Experience Required:
- 3-7 years of marketing experience in early and growth-stage companies.
Skills Required:
1. Strong communication, networking, and persuasion capabilities
2. Data-driven problem-solving attitude
3. A go-getter with a positive attitude and the ability to think outside the box
