- Manage Serviceability
- Timely connections
- Order tracking & on time delivery Performance
- Team development & Succession planning
- Meeting with carriers to discuss on their performance & planning
- Closure for all deviation Delivery confirmation & delay control
- Insurance Intimation & POD availability for lost /disputed cases
- Arranging Timely DTO to sellers
- Resolution for complaints
- Reverse Delivery confirmation & delay control
- Prepare SOP's frequently for Better Customer Experience considering Company Goals.
