One Real - Product Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager with 4 to 9 years of proven success in building and managing SaaS products. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, working along the product vision, and executing strategies to address critical needs within the US real estate domain. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and leadership skills to drive product innovation and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, for SaaS products targeted at the real estate industry.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify market trends, user needs, and business opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and align on product roadmap.

- Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.

- Drive product development through agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.

- Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.

- Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring intuitive user experiences and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- 4 to 9 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling SaaS products.

- Deep understanding of the real estate industry, including market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape is good to have.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions and optimize performance.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around a shared vision.

- Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and translate technical requirements into product features.

- Experience working in agile environments, with a focus on iterative development, rapid prototyping, and continuous improvement.
