One Industrial Spaces - Senior Manager/AGM/Head - Legal - Real Estate Division

We are Looking for a Legal Head Role position based out of Mumbai, not more than 10 years of experience, who can handle Real Estate Division ( infrastructure or real estate background) transaction experience in Maharatra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, NCR and if possible Kolkatta.

- Should be well versed with FDI laws pertaining to Indian real estate and revenue laws of all of the above cities mentioned and other cities.

- Drive end to end - Land Title & statutory Due diligence of large land parcels of 50 acres +

- Drafting of Leasing contracts across and by negotiating the terms and contracts is a must.

- Ensure compliance with laws, and deal with authorities in India in relation to the company's business operations.Can carry out detailed legal documentation expertise for all land and revenue related matters in above cities.
