One Impression - Associate Account Manager

One impression is the first of its kind influencer marketing start-up headquartered in Gurugram with offices in Mumbai and Bangalore. We are hunting down the best talent to match our rapid growth. As an associate account manager, you will be responsible for a range of skills from closing sales and nurturing relationships to strategic planning and cross-functional relationships. You will be One Impression's ambassador in the market for the accounts you own. This is an individual contributor role where the focus is on maximizing revenue potential with each account.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Meet the revenue targets for the key account for the given platform

- Maintain P &L for the accounts and prepare performance metric reports on a bi-monthly basis

- You will be expected to understand the digital ecosystem, be abreast with industry analytics and thoroughly understand industry trends for the accounts you own

- You will be expected to maintain a healthy sales pipeline for quarterly and annual forecast

- Independently manage all stakeholder relationships end to end

- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement

- Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client's influencer marketing projects

- Conducting meetings with the clients to report the current work status of their projects

- Identify accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any - at risk- customers and ensure their retention

- Training new account executives

Skills

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or media sales

- Understanding of key account management principles / consultative selling will be an added advantage

- Should be both a category & a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets

- Comfort at the use of data and analytics while building on client conversations

- Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to leverage relationships, build a strong network and have effective negotiations
