- To develop & implement a roadmap for all marketing activities of customer lifecycle management.
- To develop campaigns & schemes to engage customers & measure their effectiveness.
- To measure customer experience & develop/implement measures for enhancing the C-Satisfaction
Brand Management
- To manage the brand One Apollo & ensure high customer recall.
- To handle Ad agency and develop, plan & distribute marketing collaterals.
- Communication
- To study & improve customer message management systems, websites, email, SMS, snail mail, social media management & App communication.
Product Management
- To manage the Apps lifecycle: structure, design, UI/UX, promotion, customer experience management & product improvisation.
- To identify, develop & product manage Cross Biz Service Offerings across Apollo group
- To develop, strategize & own the targets for Services & App downloads.
Market Research
- To undertake market research as and when required
Joint Marketing
- To work with other organisations for co-branding and/or joint marketing for the group
Work Week: 6 days/week (2nd and 4th Saturdays off)

Brief about the Company:
One Apollo Digital is integrating all Group Cos. of Apollo to project a unified front to customers & to manage the Lifecycle of customers through CRM- Initially, it is being launched with a loyalty program along with an app followed by Cross Business Service Offerings & Unification of all Customer Interfacing touch points.
