OnDemand Agility - Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst - Market Risk

- Perform risk analysis activities to support the risk business processes and functional architecture

- Support business requirements through proactive and regular engagement with business SMEs and stakeholders and analysis of regulations, current process, data and systems

- Turn requirements into structured Business/Data/Functional analysis documentation

- Exposure to project documentation as such BRD, FRD

- Ensuring consistency with risk architectures

- Develop recommendations on best practice and design solutions for process improvements

- Develop strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements

- Define test cases and execute testing in UAT

- Define impact assessment (IA) tests and execute in IA phase

- 5-10 or more years of professional experience with few years of business analysis experience in risk management systems

- Good understanding and experience of VaR methodology, capital calculations

- Has previously worked in the financial industry/Investment Bank, good exposure in capital markets
