Come join us in our mission of building this virtual cancer hospital for the world. Role Overview: We are looking for a highly creative person to manage our social media identities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be aware of the latest trends in the social space. He/ She will be responsible to build and enhance the social presence for the brand and drive engagement through meaningful and relevant content. Along with being creative, he/she should be able to assess & monitor the key metrics across platforms. Responsibilities: - Own and drive the content strategy across various social media channels - Create a regular publishing schedule, implement a content editorial calendar to manage content - Optimize content to best leverage a social media platform, understanding the different nuances of each platform, primarily Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube & Pinterest - Create strong branding message that reflects across social media platforms - Regular growth in engagement and reach for the content across all social channels - Monitor conversation and trends in social media for the brand, category & competition - Be creative and regularly come up with the ideas for engaging audience on daily basis - Build a community of influencers and drive campaigns through outreach efforts - Compile Social media report on regular basis - Monitor online sentiment and take actions to improve customer experience What are we looking for - - 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing across consumer brands - Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills - Should have a strong sense towards visual communication and have experience in video marketing - Should have a strong understanding of various analytics tools - Should be independent, efficient, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media marketing We have: - Some of the best people to work with (founders are Senior Oncologist & IIT, ISB, Wharton graduates) - A great learning environment and a lot of freedom - A chance to truly make a difference in the lives of millions of cancer patients in the world
