Role Overview : This is a mid-senior management position in the role of a product lead. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is compassionate about building products that would support people in health care domain. The incumbent needs to have a deep understanding of our customers: their problems, their needs and their challenges. You will be joining a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. Responsibilities : - Will be responsible in building products for Onco.com on Web, Mobile and App - Work in a cross-functional setting to formalize the process flow and product features - Follow a scientific, data driven approach throughout the lifecycle of the product right from conceptualizing, building,&nbsp;launching, monitoring and iterating - Will research the needs and requirements of end-user through primary and secondary sources - Wireframe the product for all the interfaces and stages in the process flow - Work with the designer and developer to launch the product (s) - Constantly monitor the performance and derive learning from the user experience to optimize the product What are we looking for : - 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a high growth environment - Experience with building at least one product end-to-end - A deep hunger to create scalable technology products - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability - Work experience as a product manager in a startup setting - Strong written and verbal communication skills - A combination of doer and thinker traits - The candidate must be comfortable working with PM softwares such as Jira, Taskworld, Trello - The candidate must have worked with different tools/sotfwares related to product roadmapping, analytics, research, QA and UX Good to have but not mandatory - Prior design experience - Prior tech experience - Experience building healthcare products for consumers and/or enterprises We have : - A chance to work on a revolutionary product in the most upcoming sector - health tech - Opportunity to work in a dynamic team of Senior Oncologist - ISB &amp; IIT - Wharton alumni and learn from the very best - A great learning environment and a lot of freedom - Leadership opportunities - A chance to truly make a difference in the lives of millions of cancer patients in the world
