Role Overview : Marketing Analyst will be a part of the Marketing team, responsible for analysing impact of campaigns and presenting insights, which will determine the prioritisation of the initiatives for most impact. In addition, he/ she will identify new avenues to drive growth &amp; optimisation of conversion funnel. In this role, you will work closely with marketing, sales &amp; product team Responsibilities : - Provide analytical support for marketing campaigns across paid &amp; organic channels, evaluating the RoI and helping prioritise the initiatives &amp; budget for maximum impact - Build reports &amp; dashboards to track key performance metrics, generating actionable insights to drive operational decisions &amp; improve efficiency of the campaigns - Work closely with sales team to track the key metrics &amp; optimise the conversion funnel - Work closely with the product team to share the impact of campaigns &amp; experiments and drive improvements that can help optimise the conversion on the site - Monitor competitors &amp; track the latest happenings in the industry - Overall accountability for requirements identification, documentation and delivery What we are looking for : - 2-3 years of prior experience in business analytics - Good knowledge of marketing campaigns &amp; tools across digital platforms - Strong analytical skills: you should be able to work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching - Strong communication skills: you should be able to present your findings, or translate the data into an understandable document. - Prior start up experience in a similar role is preferred - B-Tech degree from premier institutes - Preferred We have : - Some of the best people to work with (founders are Senior Radiation Oncologist, ISB IIT, Wharton graduate) - A great learning environment that will cheerful and challenging at the same time - A chance to truly make a difference in the lives of millions of cancer patients across the world
