RESPONSIBILITIES -

- Managing all finance and accounting operations

- Managing and updating business MIS weekly

- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances

- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements

- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

- Support month-end and year-end close process

- Preparation of the annual budget and regular forecast reviews

- Manage all audits

- Draft and implement finance policy and procedures.

- Research, identify, and implement a new accounting system that can be scalable as we grow

- Manage the due diligence of the company at the time of fund-raising.

- Cost minimization in all business-related activities.
