Job Description: Business Development Manager

Location: Bangalore

Start date: Immediately

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Reach out to potential partners in the hospital, medical tourism, insurance, Pharma, and startup domain to explore B2B partnerships

- Explore partnership opportunities in both upstream (acquiring customers from business partners) and downstream (referring customers to business partners) domains

- Identify partners in India and international markets esp. in the African subcontinent and the Middle East

- Arrange business meetings with prospective partners

- Propose innovative business models to optimize value for Onco.com as well as our business partners

- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

- Account management for existing partners

What are we looking for:

- The candidate should have an MBA from a premier institute

- Experience in business development in healthcare for 2-5 years

- The candidate should have been responsible for closing a BD deal from end-end

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong negotiation skills

- Ability to build business models from scratch

- Strong network in healthcare in India and other markets is preferred

- Experience in a mid-sized startup setting is preferred
