Responsibilities
- Streamline the Onboarding process
- Devise process improvement initiatives
- Ensure operational excellence in the segment through the team
- Suggest digitalization initiatives for smooth and better Onboarding
- Handle a team who would carry out the following additional roles-
- Prepare onboarding kits (e.g. stationery, T-shirts and mugs)
- Welcome new employees upon their arrival and help them to get an office tour
- Get the incumbent Introduced to other team members
- Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements
- Coordinate company presentations and product demos
- Inform employees on their first tasks (e.g. which programs to download and how to activate their accounts)
- Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
