Onato - Talent Acquisition Lead (with some HRBP responsibilities)

Key responsibilities:
A. Planning:
1. Coordinate proactively with CXO level Executives and Functional Heads to develop human resource issues of the organization particularly for talent acquisition
2. Propose the recruitment strategy and define the key milestones to ensure human capital availability within a defined time frame and cost
3. Finalize the KRA and success criteria/competency framework for the identified roles
4. Coordinate for Talent Acquisition AOP designing and accomplishment
B. Focus on results:
1. Deploy the best in class recruitment and candidate sourcing practices
2. Ensure the availability of high-quality candidates
3. Assist in developing the role requirement by analyzing the business requirement and the market benchmarking
4. Conduct the primary short-listing and behavior competency assessment
5. Coordinate for advanced assessment and offer discussion
C. Process Management:
1. Coordinate for offer release and on-boarding process
2. Manage full adherence to compliance-related documentation
3. Ensure high-quality candidate experience
D. Talent Advisor:
1. Establish the organization as the preferred employer for the candidates
2. Proactively assist functional leaders in designing suitable people practices
3. Coordinate to establish high quality work environment
4. Help to resolve issues/concerns of the employees
Other details:
(A.) Education:
Compulsory education: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent from Tier 1 institute
(B.) Experience:
More than 5 Yrs of experience preferably in E-Commerce, Agritech, Technology companies
Experience in a similar organization
