About Onato :

Mission of Onato is to build a pan-India distribution network of fresh produce which reaches even the remotest location of India. We want to build a tech driven transparent & efficient supply chain. We believe that with the help of tech, AI & ML we can disrupt the existing inefficient & wastage prone system. We are backed by two of the top VCs.

Founders have strong backgrounds and come from IIT & BITS having a combined experience of more than 20 years.

We are now building a solid core team, potential cofounders. We are looking for passionate people who excel at what they do.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects.

- Developing new projects to support the strategic direction of the organization.

- Creating and managing long-term goals.

- Plan a roadmap to launch business in new cities.

- Developing a budget and operating plan for the project.

- Developing an evaluation method to assess project strengths and identify areas for improvement.

- Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.

- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.

- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.

- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.

- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

- Analyzing program risks.

Skills required :

- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field.

- Proven experience in program management.

- Proven stakeholder management skills.

- Proven experience in managing a team.

Educational background : Tier-1/2 college graduate
