We're infusing tech, AI & ML into the existing supply chain to increase efficiency and provide value to both producers and consumers. We are backed by two of the most prolific VCs in the Agri space in India. Founders hail from IITD & BITS having in-depth experience in Agri and Tech space We are now building a solid core team, potential cofounders. We are looking for passionate people who want to build the rocketship https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/tech/funding/agri-startup-onato-raises-2-2-million-led-by-vertex-ventures/articleshow/87132238.cms Mission of the job - To design the SOPs, set up processes for different functions and launch new initiatives or troubleshoot any part of the business Outcomes & Responsibilities : - Take end-to-end responsibility for setting up processes, checks and balances, SOPs for different functions - Work with founders on evaluating new initiatives including primary research, analysis for effective decision making and coordinate between different functions to launch the initiatives - Be a driver of new 0-1 initiatives - executing from start to finish through cross- functional collaboration without any dependency - Recruit, train and ensure all SOPs are followed by the team in the early stages of a product or a process that is introduced - Serve as chief troubleshooter for founders - identify problems areas, figure out solutions and execute them independently with mentoring - Serve as a thought partner and strategic advisor to Founder, challenging ideas and following up on action items with the team accordingly - Entrepreneurial Mindset to scout, create opportunities and build solutions, get things done.
