We are now building a solid core team. https://yourstory.com/2021/10/funding-agri-supply-chain-startup-onato-vertex-ventures-omnivore/amp Role & Responsibilities : - Ensuring the city's revenue growth with P&L responsibilities - Price negotiations with different vendors & suppliers to ensure smooth supply. - Developing and maintaining long-term professional relationships with existing vendors, suppliers and customers. - Identifying and acquiring new customers & suppliers through professional networking - Working closely with internal stakeholders of various departments such as tech, collections & recovery, HR & accounts. - Managing and guiding a team of sales experts in the assigned city and thus driving sales through them - Managing and driving the sales in the assigned city and also ensuring the expansion of sales in HORECA, Modern trade, Organized players - Updating and educating the team on various processes of the company regularly - Monitoring the sales team performance and also motivating them to meet or exceed sales target - Maintaining, updating relevant sales data and reporting the same to the management in regular intervals - Monitoring customer feedback regularly and accordingly working on the same and also handling escalations, if any Desired Candidate Profile: - 5+ year experience as a sales/operations/distribution/p&l - Experience of building and managing teams - Strong flexibility and problem solving skills, with independent ownership and result orintation - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to plan and manage a variety of projects - Commercial insight and understanding - Ability to thrive in ambiguity and demonstrate creativity and intellectual flexibility in an uncertain and rapidly changing environment Compensation : Salary(as per market standard) + ESOPs
