We are looking for passionate people who want to build the rocketship - https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/tech/funding/agri-startup-onato-raises-2-2-million-led-by-vertex-ventures/articleshow/87132238.cms Mission of the job : To grow the top line AND bottom line of the company in the cluster Outcomes & Responsibilities : - Identify the market potential in the regions company is entering - Map out the current supply chain in the regions across multiple commodities - Strategize how to penetrate the market from ground up with the understanding of the existing supply chain - Responsible for topline and bottomline in the region - Design systems and processes to create end to end supply chain with coordination with procurement team for exponential growth in the region - Manage all aspects of business in the cluster including BD, Sales and Operations team in the cluster to ensure superior customer experience - Recruit, train, manage and appraise the cluster team to ensure continuous operations - Identify and execute marketing strategies to improve visibility of Onato in the market, ultimately leading to growth of the topline Competencies : - Team leader with clear understanding of goal setting and monitoring - Strong business sense and understand drivers of bottom line - Analytical mind with a hands-on attitude - Demonstrable excellence in managing the team - Comfortable with dynamic environment of ever changing landscape - Street smart to understand how customers are behaving through the data coming in Must have : - Minimum 2 to 3 years of P&L management experience - Prior startup experience in B2B business environment - Engg or MBA from tier - 1 colleges Compensation : No limit for the right candidates + ESOPs
