Role &amp; Responsibilities : - Business Analyst to work across Liquidity reporting projects with global stakeholders, focusing on both local regulatory deliverables as well as the internal liquidity model. The project is very closely aligned with global Basel III regulatory deliverables and will share some infrastructure and data - The BA will work directly with SMEs in Treasury as well as with colleagues in IT, who are dedicated to this project - The role is very hands-on, and the project has several aggressive deadlines to meet - The project will deliver a number of different applications for Liquidity reporting, including both in[1]house and third-party vendor tools - Immediate deliverables will focus on requirements gathering &amp; documentation, maintaining key project documentation (plans, action logs, RAID logs), analysis of strategic data sources, and management of the regular testing cycles - Basic to Intermediate level of SQL knowledge is essential - Experience in documenting business requirements(BRD), reviewing and/or preparing functional specifications - Analysis and documentation of new requirements for data sourcing, calculation of key metrics, and functionality. - Testing - Create and review user test plans - Co-ordination and execution of user testing - Review QA and Regression Test Scripts - Identification, analysis, and selection of data sources to meet strategic reporting requirements - Assessment and tracking of risks and issues, logging and follow-up of actions, and tracking progress against a plan - Work closely with Finance Technology, ensuring detailed understanding and delivery of requirements, as well as prioritization of any issues encountered - Attend frequent meetings with the Project Team, Technology, SMEs, and stakeholders, as well as act as a key liaison with local Technology resources. Key Skills Required : - A good working knowledge of Treasury and Liquidity management and reporting is highly desirable, in order to hit the ground running - Knowledge of or experience working on LCR, NSFR, and Asset Encumbrance under Basel 3 / CRDIV would be beneficial, but not essential - Working knowledge on Axiom products will be desirable, though not mandatory - Essential to have experience working in an Investment Bank, with knowledge of the standard products - secured financing and derivatives essential - Competent in Word &amp; Excel - Proven track record in business analysis, including gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and test scenarios - Ability to translate and document business concepts and requirements - Must have had experience working according to a project plan and delivering technology solutions - Basic to Intermediate level of SQL knowledge is essential - Working knowledge on Axiom product will be desirable, though not mandator
