FLEX Business Analyst Role requirement

The team is looking for a business analyst to work on the MLRM Limit Framework project to support the developments of the FLEX application. The job scope includes :

- Gather business requirements from business stakeholder and ensure its successful and quality delivery

- Provide transparency to on regular basis to all business stakeholders

- Creating test cases, performing user acceptance testing

- Creating necessary documents to ensure the knowledge base is maintained and should be willing to train team members in various topics

- Liaise with IT BA's and ensure end to end delivery of business requirements

- Walk through of test results and impact analysis with stakeholders including status calls and reporting

- Provide regular updates to team and project lead on testing progress

Candidates Required :

Experience:

Financial Services change experience in risk management, preferably within Investment Banking environment

Exp range : 4-9 years

Skills :

- Has done business requirement gathering and done business analysis extensively

- Effective Stakeholder management

- System implementation/projects and UAT testing experience

- Understand business processes, basics of market risk management

- Understanding of systems delivery life-cycles

- Successful definition of innovative functional and technical solutions

- Knowledge of MS Excel, Ms Project Plan, HP ALM (preferred), JIRA, Share Point

- Independent and able to work with little supervision

- Good interpersonal skills - Confident, strong communication skills (must) with good work attitude, proactive
