About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Specialist,Rewards and RecognitionSpecialist to join our Human Resources team and help new employees adjust well to our work environment. - Identified training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal process and regular consultation by partnering with business managers and central functions in human resources department - Designed and launched training & development programs based on the needs of the organization and individuals - Managed the delivery of HR programs and services in the areas of employee performance and staff training - Accountable for streamlining 360 Feedback/ Skip Level/Town Hall/ Infeedo or Amber in the organization - Served as a focal point for several Talent Reviews and Critical Talent identification and development programs - Developed and implemented a comprehensive rewards and recognition program on quarterly and annual basis - Facilitated smooth new hire orientation & induction process by coordinating w/ cross-functional departments - Handled end-to-end onboarding experience for new joiners from pre-onboarding engagements Day-1 experience - Responsible for both HR Business Partnering as well as creating an engagement framework for employees - Executed all engagement activities outlined for the month including wellness initiatives and festival celebrations - Developed and delivered organization's internal communication strategy and planning of activities at all levels Qualifications: - Basic knowledge of labour legislation - Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) - Proven work experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist or in a relevant HR role,Non TA - Solid communication skills (verbal and written) - Team spirit - An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information - A degree in Human Resources Management or similar field
