There is a job opening with a big e-commerce giant.

- Looking out for candidates experience in "Client management/after sales"

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Increase in the complexity of the sellers being integrated – example would be sellers with huge catalog, selling in multiple categories, categories that require frequent refreshes (apparel based on season)

- Work with multiple stakeholders internally in multiple locations/geographies and externally coordinating new category launches on company.

- Test release of new features, provide feedback, work with stake holders for communicating the feature to seller population and also help monitor adoption and performance.

- Help develop tools and processes to improve productivity, efficiency and quality aspects for the sellers getting integrated on the platform.
