Responsibilities and Duties :

- The candidate will be required to work closely with the founding team while spearheading the marketing & growth for company.

The job will include :

1. Strategize company's marketing plan in line with the given sales targets.

2. Execute 360 brand activation plan while working in tandem with production & sales team.

3. Design, execute & monitor marketing campaigns (online and offline) and deliver the desired RoI.

4. In short, the candidate will be owning all aspects of marketing for a growing D2C brand.

Key Skills :

1. Relevant experience of working / heading a communications team of a brand.

2. A keen planner & robust executioner.

3. 2-4 yrs of experience.
