Omnicuris - Marketing Lead

Role:

The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using online methods to gain new users and generate engagement of existing users. The role will involve working directly with founders and senior leadership to chart out the next growth story for the company

Responsibilities:

- Identify and drive new game-changing digital marketing opportunities to further scale the business and improve efficiencies across all marketing channels.

- Manage end to end digital marketing efforts.

- Drive campaign calendar by collaborating with cross functions

- Set up process to identify and track KPIs

- Lead the content and design efforts to drive marketing ad creative

- Hire and build marketing capacity as required

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing,

- Experience running successful marketing campaigns

- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords

- Experience with CRM software

- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

- Analytical mind
