Role: Head, Sales & BD  - Develop and execute a sales strategy for increasing penetration  - Responsible for business development and full sales cycle including deal closures, strong negotiation and account management targeting corporates  - Responsible for identification of opportunities, mapping and prospecting them for conversion  - Develop Relationships Across B2B Partners  - Generating New Business from existing clients  - Operational and client follow up  - Understanding requirements of clients, documentation of requirements, project briefing to internal teams, and tracking of project status  - Regular updates to client and internal management on project status - weekly status reports (projects, due dates, etc)  - Ensuring timely and quality delivery of project, ensuring timely escalations  - Strong data analysis & interpretation skills  The incumbent should be a graduate from IIT or MBA from reputed institute with prior experience in sales.  The candidate will be rewarded with sustainable cash as well as equity with the organization
