Omni has a 1oo% subsidiary in Morristown, New Jersey, US, a large innovation center at Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada and a very strong manufacturing base in India with multiple manufacturing facilities in Pune, Hassan, I- losur, Supe, Thane and R&D Centers in Pune, Thane and Bangalore.  Brief Job Responsibilities:  This position will be responsible for the overall life cycle of employees in Indfrag,a divisions of OmniActive Health technologies arid Agriculture vertical. As such, brief of the responsibilities of this role are as follows :  - Roll out Human Resources plans rolled out by Corporate HR customized to Indfrag and Agri Verticals that are aligned to OmniActive strategy.  - Provide support to new ventures in terms of the organizational design and structural aspects.  - Create and Implement HR budget for Indfrag and Agri Verticals. Operate within the approved HR budget.  - Responsible for policy deployment, communication, HR systems and processes.  - Source and recruit manpower as required by the business based on approved manpower budget.  - Roll out the PMS process as per the guideline.  - Responsible for the application of Competency Framework into various HR processes.  - Identify focus areas for training by reviewing business priorities in discussions with the local leadership team.  - Manage the training initiatives for the business in line with the corporate philosophy.  - Lead reward and recognition programs and support facilitation of performance at OmniActive.  - Ensure competitiveness of pay, in line with the compensation philosophy.  - Ensure legal compliance to the various Labour Laws.  Education Qualifications :  A post graduate in Human Resources from institute of repute.  Experience:  - Should have 12 - 15 yrs experience in areas of Talent Management  Required Competencies and Skills :  - Exposure to set up HR processes and systems in a start up preferred in an HR ERP environment  - Proven track record of running various HR Initiatives  - Significant expertise in Recruitment and Selection  - Should be highly process oriented  - Advance knowledge of Labour law  - Should have innovative mindset & positive attitude in looking at emerging technological solutions in the HR domain  Reporting Relationship: Will be responsible to Chief People Officer  Salary: 15-20 LPA
