Role & responsibilities:

- Drafting pleadings/ replies, attending hearing in SRA related matters before CEO SRA, ARS, AGRC and other appropriate authorities from time time.

- Should be able to understand, read and dictate replies in Marathi.

- Drafting, Vetting pleadings and attending hearing before Revenue Authorities. High Court. City Civil Court, RERA, Consumer Court and other courts.

- Should be able to brief our counsels and provide them instructions from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Male candidates preferred

- Real estate experience

- Must understand, read and dictate Marathi
