Role & responsibilities

- To Plan/Strategize activities of life cycle of the project in co-ordination with all the stakeholders of the project.

- To work along with concerned teams in calculating and planning for maximum utilisation of FSI.

- To track and highlight the variances to management on weekly basis.

- To coordinate with EPC HOD for organizing and managing the construction activities at site.

- To close structure and paperwork with JV partners and financial institutions.

- To work closely with finance team in order to raise and wisely deployment of capital in the project.

- To prepare budgets and cashflows at the start of the project and track it periodically.

- To ensure the project is completed in time bound manner and with allocated budgets.

- To plan and execute the project within the schedule time frame by proactively coordinating and managing all works at site.

- Risk Analysis/Risk Management Assessing/Prioritizing/Mitigation/Resolution of the risks in project life cycle.

- To co-ordinate with all internal departments on priorities, functions and solving issues/hindrances in due course of the project.

- To ensure good quality, safety, and speed at sites.

- To conduct review meetings at site with architects, structural consultants, and service consultants.

- To keep track of construction activities to ensure completion of project on time.

- To prepare MIS report on monthly basis.
