Omkar Realtors and Developers - Manager - Procurement/Purchase

Job Responsibilities:

- Identifying the procurement needs of all projects / sites.

- Indentifying potential suppliers, soliciting bids, reviewing bids and selecting suppliers,

negotiating and preparing purchase order, accepting delivery of products and inspecting the products, paying suppliers and maintaining vendor relationships

- Preparing monthly / quarterly / yearly purchase budgets, identifying potential cost savings

- Should have experience in purchasing in Real Estate related materials, specifically capital goods and finishing items

- Able to mingle within team

- Should possess excellent Negotiation, Presentation and Communication Skills

- Should be Systems driven and Process oriented

- Maintaining data bank of suppliers

- Arranging samples of material and approval from management
