Manager Legal

- To peruse title related documents, including administering title related requisitions and guide on all title related issues.

- To prepare documents relating to acquisition and disposal of property including MOU, Joint Development Agreement, Joint Venture Agreement, Redevelopment Agreement, Shareholders Agreement, Construction Agreement, Agreements under MOFA/RERA, Transfer documents (including Conveyance and Lease), Mortgage document, TDR sale/purchase document, Guarantees, Flat Sale Agreement, Partnership documents, Public Notices etc.

- To be able to handle correspondences and notices with all external agencies.

- To be well versed with RERA and its compliances and independently attend RERA matters.

- To be well versed with DCR Rules/SRA Act

- To be well versed with Contract Law.

- To assist internal stakeholders in day to day legal issues.
