As part of our Growth and Expansion plans, we are looking to expand our Human Resources Team in Mumbai and hence we are looking for smart and intelligent Manager HR Operations to join us.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining employee life cycle
2. Attendance management - Compile and Collate Attendance, Leave and Other Associated Reports
3. Handling employee benefits like pension, PF, Medical insurance.
4. Support on payroll inputs and compensation
5. Exit Management F&F clearance, etc.
6. Assisting for HR Audit, Stat Audits, Disciplinary action & Inspections
7. HRMS Management
8. PMS/KRA setting
9. HR Budget
