Role & responsibilities:
- Directing business development plans in consultation with MD / CEO for upcoming EPC & Design Build projects
- Analysing suitable corporate clients for the development of EPC / high-rise / iconic buildings, factories & airports
- Spearheading the profitability, sales, and market share by implementing strategic and tactical sales plans for promoting the Sales Department by finalizing the maximum numbers of strong contracts
- Devising turnaround strategy towards assigned markets, thereby capturing extraordinary market share
- Amplifying revenue margins by multi-folds by restructuring sales processes and improving operational - efficiency
- Ensuring effective orientation, training, development and retention of sales staff; motivating and empowering the team to ensure successful launch of new products
- Keeping a close track of regional performance with complete liability of analysing customer margins, implementing corrective actions to address shortfalls and preparing action reports based on reviews for senior management
- Conceptualizing & implementing competitive sales strategies and developing processes to create an effective sales organization; identifying changes in market demand and modifying strategies for expansion of market share
- Strategizing new concept real estate investment options that help company increase its customer and distributor base across the assigned region
-Leading the tender or direct negotiation process, delivering presentations as part of shortlisting and continuing to drive excellence & efficiency in the tendering process ? Initiating and managing strategic partners program leveraging channel sales including planning, implementing and tracking projects
Preferred candidate profile:
- Experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing across Construction Industry in Buildings, Factories, Airports & Infra projects
- Maintained close coordination with various Architects, Corporate Clients, Developers, Government Bodies and Consultants for identifying and qualifying the company for project opportunity to contract closure
- Very strong networking and liasioning with government bodies, PSU, AAI, corporate private clients, architects, consultants, PMC etc.
