Role & responsibilities
Business Development.
- Identify opportunities for Commercial/Captive RMC plants.
- Ready Mix Concrete sales in Mumbai are MMR region and shall report to the Company Director.
- Preparing marketing sales plan for the region and achieving projected sales of RMC with sales and commercial team.
- Identifying new clients and business opportunities, providing technical information to customers.
- Managing contracts with customers and pricing of RMC in line with changing costs and market to exceed the planned margins.
- Monitoring equipment utilization and cost productivity parameters to optimize semi-variable/fixed cost.
- Managing after sales services such as invoicing, cube reports, cheque collections, etc.
- Implementing credit policy and controlling the outstanding below the limits set.
- Exploring new markets in the region and preparing business proposals.
- Providing market intelligence reports to the Management.
- Ensuring compliance with all the systems including managing the data, systems and documentation/ records.
- Improving the business systems and managing business projects.
- Preparing business MIS and liaise with finance section for monitoring the financials of the Vertical.
