3. Co-ordinating with team for Legal and Technical Due Diligence

4. Drafting Term Sheet, and Leading Negotiation to formulate offers to pursue land / redevelopment project opportunities

5. Raising Project / Construction Finance and creating Basic Financial Models

6. Co-ordination with team for drafting of Legal Documents

7. Taking peaceful possession of Land or Project.

8. Co-ordinating with Architect Team for Building Elevation & Floor Plan design, with Liaison team for Project Approvals, and with Project Management Team for Construction Updates thus ensuring timely delivery of Projects.
