Architectural Project Manager

Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architect to join our team as an Executive Technical Assistant to the Director. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management qualifications and a solid understanding of architecture design principles and process. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical support and coordination for architecture and interior projects, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Director and other team members to coordinate architecture and interior projects effectively. Ensure seamless communication and information flow between stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients.

2. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to the Director and project teams in the form of design analysis, reviews, and consultations. Collaborate closely with architects and designers to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

3. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports. Assist in the development and implementation of project schedules and budgets.

4. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders involved in architecture and interior projects. Foster strong working relationships and ensure timely and accurate communication to address any potential issues or concerns.

5. Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends, technological advancements, and best practices in architecture and design. Conduct research to support the development of innovative solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of project outcomes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. (Project management - NCMAR)

2. Strong project management skills with a proven track record in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

3. Extensive knowledge and experience in architecture design principles, including a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

4. Excellent coordination and communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders involved in architecture and interior projects.

5. Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications used in architectural design and project management (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project).

6. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.

7. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think creatively and analytically.
