- Talented and experienced Design Lead to help in feasibility studies and delivery for residential real estate projects.

- As the Design Lead, you will play a crucial role in identifying and appointing architects and allied technical consultants to ensure the successful delivery of residential projects.

- Strong background in architecture and design, excellent project management skills.

- Review portfolios, credentials, and references of potential architects and consultants.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to the design team.

- Oversee the design phase (feasibility to delivery) of residential real estate projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

- Coordinate and communicate effectively with external stakeholders
