The role encompasses hiring Graduate/Diploma/Trade Freshers and Laterals through Portals, Social Media, Campuses, Vendors, Employee Referrals etc.
- Closely aligning with Business Heads and Leadership team to understand the company objectives and construct plans and strategies to align overall hiring.
- Attract top talent and diverse candidates across all levels
- Identifying organization's needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment leading to better business performance
- Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing/business team to feed into recruitment timelines
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Handle all levels of hiring -junior/entry level to managerial cadre
- Developing, managing, and maintaining a highly skilled team to assist with talent acquisition
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Work on ensuring all recruitment activities are properly tracked in ATS
- Partner with businesses and coordinate hiring events, assessments, offer rollouts and onboarding
- Work with team members in Optimizing candidate cycle time, conversion rates and applicant funnel metrics
- Vendor management of labor suppliers and associated KPIs, delivery of standard work and forecasting (Volume/mass hiring)
Requirements :
- Related Experience in volume/bulk hiring
- Exceptional Marketing and Stakeholder Management Skills
- Strong HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking & self-initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills which would translate into effective relationship building across campuses
- Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment
- Immediate Joiners preferred
