An Employer branding leader with extensive experience in building and managing strong and differentiated employer brands to be able to attract, convert, engage & retain top talent. This includes creating and evangelizing the employee value proposition, bringing the brand to life in candidate experience journeys, employee experience, brand touch points and creating employee brand ambassadors through storytelling. Specialist skills: - Experience in running end-to-end marketing campaigns-including digital marketing, employer branding, social media, above-the-line/below-the-line advertising, website/portal management, and event management. - Manage integrated Employer Branding initiatives for students from Degree colleges and Business schools across India, positioning Omega Healthcare as an employer of choice and a Great Place to Work. - Crafting a holistic employer branding strategy strongly aligned with the overall business HR vision to achieve desired objectives & outcomes. - Evaluate current perceptions among students, universities, and business partners across India to build strategies to raise awareness about the Omega Healthcare brand and create compelling messages. - Own and Manage key career channels such as career site, LinkedIn, and other local social communities. - Responsible for conceptualization and execution of marketing plans and budgets, developing employer branding collaterals, employee engagement, and internal as well as external communications strategies that help build the corporate brand. - Lead several campaigns for internal Employee Referrals and external Employer Branding - be it university campaigns prior to campus hiring, or campaigns for experienced hires across marketing channels. - Work in close collaboration with Marketing, Digital, PR & IC teams to drive a consistent talent narrative across key channels. - Develop and implement a variety of digitally-focused strategies, programs & campaigns that drastically increased brand awareness, preference, and applicant conversion rates within critical talent segments. - Promote employee advocacy and user-generated content through employee engagement, influencer marketing, ambassador programs, and thought leadership. - Build Innovation Programs for students: Conceptualize and build Innovation programs to attract the best talent from campuses across India. Initiatives include innovation Jockeys, Omega Business Innovation Challenge, Hackathons, and robust digital assets for student engagement. - Lead People Programs: Emphasize around develop programs that support talent agendas and inclusion and diversity initiatives. People program initiative includes Inclusion and Diversity connects, Omega Healthcare Learning Symposium, Women in Technology Workshop, Alumni Connects, and Launchpad program for students to name a few. - Implement Strategic Programs: Lead in co-partnership with talent acquisition team Training and Placement Officer Meets targeting select universities across India, academic conferences, development programs, etc. - Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies based on strong insights analysis, to increase brand awareness, preference, and applicant conversion rates within critical labor market segments through integrated multi-channel campaigns. - Produce and distribute creative, differentiating employer brand content across key owned, earned, and paid media channels, with a strong focus on digital channels to promote and drive consideration and interest for the Employer Value Proposition via storytelling.
