About The Job:

- The Corporate Strategy Manager should be a professional with experience in business strategy/consulting roles who will work closely with senior management and the leadership team to develop and execute strategies that align with the company's overall mission and vision.


- The candidate should have the ability to analyze evolving market landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities and make strategic recommendations to influence/develop the organization's overall business strategy.


- The individual will coordinate and spearhead the execution of strategic initiatives taken by the firm. He/She should also be able to develop and monitor key performance indicators to track progress and ensure the organization is on track to achieve its goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create execution plans, oversee strategy implementation, and develop, track and report performance metrics / KPIs for key strategic initiatives taken by the firm

- Work with leadership / relevant teams within the organization to set up processes that translate strategy into defined action items, programs/projects with set priorities and defined timelines to ensure effective execution of the key strategic initiatives

- Prepare presentations/MIS reports for senior management / company leadership and board members

- Analyze emerging industry trends to identify expansion opportunities and competitive threats to ensure the organization stays ahead of the curve

- Prepare business case/scenario/other analysis to enable decision-making for new growth opportunities/offerings identified

- Work collaboratively with leadership and various team within the organization to develop strategy, create execution plans and oversee the implementation of new business opportunities identified

- Support in conducting due diligence for various M&A opportunities identified

- Liaise with various stakeholders/teams within the firm to solve strategic/operational/tactical problems

Education, Experience, and Skillsets:

- Graduate with MBA from a reputed institute

- At least 10-12 years of overall work experience with more than 5 years of work experience of working in revenue cycle management / payer / life sciences outsourcing sector in a corporate strategy role or equivalent

- Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Consulting / Analyst organizations tracking the revenue cycle management / payer / life sciences outsourcing sector will be preferred

- Strong problem-solving & analytical skills and the ability to synthesize a compelling story to drive outcomes

- Excellent communication (verbal and written), articulation, and presentation skills

- Strong stakeholder management and managerial skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
