Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic organization in Bangalore. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives and programs with business objectives, supporting managers and employees in achieving their goals, and driving organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in the BPM (Business Process Management) industry, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record in delivering HR solutions. Candidates currently located in Bangalore will be preferred for this role.

Responsibilities :

- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and provide expert advice on HR matters, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.

- Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives that foster a positive work environment and support the company's overall goals.

- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and employee engagement.

- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment and selection processes, including identifying hiring needs, participating in interviews, and making recommendations for selection.

- Support the implementation of employee development and training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement.

- Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and data to identify trends and propose proactive solutions to address issues and improve organizational performance.

- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions, while ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

- Collaborate with the Compensation and Benefits team to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices and develop appropriate rewards and recognition programs.

- Partner with the HR Shared Services team to ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services, such as payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and changes in employment laws, and proactively apply this knowledge to enhance HR practices and policies within the organization.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in HR or an MBA is preferred.

- Minimum of 7-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the BPM industry, with a focus on HR business partnering.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

- Demonstrated experience in delivering HR solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven track record of coaching and mentoring managers and employees.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software tools.

- Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) will be an added advantage.
