Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition with a strong leadership background in the BPO industry to lead our recruitment efforts. The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that attracts, hires, and retains top talent across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

- Lead the recruitment team and oversee the hiring process from job posting to offer acceptance.

- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the skills and experience required for each position.

- Analyze recruitment data and provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and retention rates.

- Stay current on recruitment best practices and industry trends to ensure the organization's recruitment strategy remains competitive and effective.

Qualifications :

- 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in the BPO industry.

- Proven success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that attract and retain top talent.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform recruitment strategy and decision-making.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

- Experience with recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Preferred from Premier Institutes.
